As a central interface, you will collaborate closely with our Learning Design Team, our Learning Deployment Team, Talent Germany and regionale Learning Talent Teams and Finance.

Your key responsibilities

  • Drive strategic and innovative development of the learning landscape in close collaboration with various leadership levels.
  • Lead internal projects within the training environment, including the implementation of new training formats and coordination of related change processes and communication activities.
  • Act as a key interface between business stakeholders and both local and global training management teams.
  • Analyze training curricula and identify development opportunities based on the needs of the business units.
  • Coordinate budget planning, ongoing cost monitoring, reporting, and preparation of management and committee documentation.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Academic degree and at least three years of relevant professional experience in project management within a corporate environment, employee development, or training management.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset, efficiency, solution orientation, openness to innovation, and a strong desire to take initiative.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills—in English (German language skills would be an advantage but not mandatory)
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Solid knowledge of modern tools and methods in talent and personnel development, along with practical experience in their implementation and management.

What we look for

If you have strong communication skills, can manage multiple tasks, are a reliable problem solver, and, above all, if you can demonstrate a genuine passion for building a better working world, we would be delighted to hear from you.

What we offer

This role is an opportunity to join the EY Germany Learning team to develop your skills within the team and with the senior stakeholders you’ll be working with.

  • Success as defined by you: We’ll provide the tools and flexibility, so you can make a meaningful impact, your way
