About the Role

As a Senior Manager, you will lead strategic AI and automation initiatives, manage large-scale client portfolios, and drive innovation across industries. You will be responsible for shaping EY’s AI offerings, building high-performing teams, and ensuring delivery excellence across engagements. This role demands a blend of technical depth, business acumen, and leadership to position EY as a trusted advisor in the AI and automation space.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI transformation programs across multiple industries, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
• Define and continuously evolve EY’s AI and automation service offerings, including GenAI, Intelligent Automation, and advanced analytics.
• Drive solution innovation by leveraging emerging technologies such as LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI-driven process optimization.
• Own client relationships at senior leadership and C-suite levels, acting as a strategic advisor for AI-driven business transformation.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and contribute to revenue growth through differentiated AI solutions and thought leadership.
• Oversee delivery excellence across multiple project streams, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and compliance standards.
• Mentor and coach managers, architects, and senior developers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Represent EY in global industry forums, publish whitepapers, and contribute to market-leading perspectives on AI and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data & Analytics, Cloud, and Cybersecurity to deliver integrated solutions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in AI/ML, intelligent automation, and enterprise technology consulting.
• Proven leadership experience in managing large teams, multi-million-dollar programs, and complex client engagements.
• Deep expertise in GenAI, LLMs, RAG architecture, orchestration frameworks, and cloud-native deployments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Strong understanding of AI governance, ethical AI practices, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Excellent business acumen with the ability to influence and engage C-suite stakeholders.
• Track record of driving digital transformation and delivering measurable business outcomes through AI and automation.
• Experience in building reusable AI assets, accelerators, and frameworks to scale solutions across clients.
