About Global Delivery Services

Global Delivery Services refers to EY's worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EY’s strategy by ensuring effective support to EY’s growth agenda.

Client service is focused on providing Consulting, Assurance, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless, high-quality, value-added support, helping deliver exceptional client service.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective, high-skilled, and innovative services to support EY’s global and local enablement teams. Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services, are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors. The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.

The opportunity

Lead multi tower AI programs that integrate agentic AI, domain language models (DLMs), knowledge graphs, and RAG into enterprise platforms, with hardened deployments on NVIDIA AI Enterprise and hyperscale clouds. Drive competency building (playbooks/POVs) on AgentOps/LLMOps, Sovereign AI, and AI governance for global pursuits.

Your key responsibilities

• Program leadership: Plan and govern end to end delivery of multi agent systems, SLMs, and enterprise copilots; own backlog, KPIs, budget, and risk.
• Architecture & blueprints: Publish reference architectures for agent orchestration (ReAct/hierarchical), memory design (session + vector + KG), and RAG variants (hybrid, rerank, long context, GraphRAG).
• NVIDIA stack ownership: Standardize NIM microservices for inference, Triton/TensorRT optimization, and NeMo pipelines for customization/evaluation; align with NVIDIA AI Enterprise lifecycle.
• Data & lakehouse: Ensure seamless integration with Snowflake/Databricks, medallion architectures, catalog/governance, and vector DB selection (pgvector vs Pinecone/Milvus) with cost/latency SLAs.
• Responsible AI: Institutionalize HITL, red teaming, prompt injection defenses, citations/lineage, and compliance controls (NIST/ISO) across portfolios.
• Executive storytelling: Articulate Sovereign AI positioning and modernization roadmaps; drive pursuit assets (POVs, playbooks, TCO/ROI models).
• People leadership: Mentor senior/junior engineers; shape Guilds for LLMOps, Retrieval Engineering, and Agentic Patterns.

Skills and attributes for success

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS/EE/Math or related.
• 10+ years overall; 3+ years leading AI architecture programs; shipped 3+ enterprise GenAI systems. (Comparable to large SIs.)
• Depth in NVIDIA AI Enterprise (NIM/NeMo/Triton), plus cloud AI runtimes (Bedrock, Vertex, Azure AI).
• Architectural ownership of agentic AI, RAG/GraphRAG, LLMOps, governance; proven integration with CRM/ERP/ITSM/M365 ecosystems.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA (CS/EE/Math) or equivalent
• 10+ years total with 3+ in enterprise AI/ML; shipped at least 2 production LLM solutions (RAG/agentic). (Peers: Wipro/HCL mid senior roles highlight similar thresholds.)
• Hands on Python, PyTorch, CUDA familiarity; containers (Docker), Kubernetes; CI/CD, IaC, telemetry.
• Cloud depth in Azure/AWS/GCP; exposure to Bedrock, Vertex, Azure AI.
