EY GDS – Data and Analytics (D&A) –Data Modeller Developer with Cloud Exposure- Senior

As part of our EY-GDS D&A (Data and Analytics) team, we help our clients solve complex business challenges with the help of data and technology. We dive deep into data to extract the greatest value and discover opportunities in key business and functions like Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing and Auto, Supply Chain, and Finance.

The opportunity

Role Overview Experienced Data Modeler (5+ years) with strong Private Markets domain expertise to design scalable data models supporting investment management, analytics, reporting, and data governance initiatives.

• Key Domain Experience ( 2 minimum )
  • Private Equity
  • Private Credit
  • Fund Accounting
  • Investment Performance & Analytics
  • Capital Calls, Distributions, NAV, Valuations, Cash Flows

• Technical Skills
  • Data Modeling (Conceptual, Logical & Physical)
  • Dimensional Modeling / Data Vault
  • Data Warehousing, Data Lakes & Lakehouse Architecture

• Tools & Platforms
  • ERwin / ER Studio / similar DM tools

• Key Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain enterprise data models.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
  • Create source-to-target mappings and data dictionaries.
  • Establish data standards, lineage, and governance controls.
  • Collaborate with Investment Operations, Portfolio Management, Reporting, and Engineering teams.
  • Perform impact analysis and ensure data quality across platforms.

• Preferred Experience
  • Wealth & Asset Management (WAM)
  • eFront, Investran, Aladdin, Burgiss or similar Private Markets platforms

• Candidate Profile
  • Overall Eper
  • Strong blend of Private Markets business knowledge and data architecture/modeling expertise.
  • Ability to bridge business and technology teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and requirement-gathering skills.
  • Insurance domain Knowledge
