EY – Consulting Support Services – Subcontractor Management – Staff (Level 2)
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Staff Level 2 team member to support the Consulting Support Services, with a dedicated focus on managing subcontractor resources. This role involves supporting the day-to-day oversight of subcontractor onboarding, utilization, reporting, performance tracking and Off boarding. The ideal candidate will bring strong skills in resourcing, data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder communication, along with hands-on experience using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
The opportunity
We’re looking for Staff with expertise in Utilisation reporting, project financials & compliance to join our Consulting Support Services Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in adding value to Service line business operations.
Your key responsibilities
- Act as a single point of contact for all subcontractors in MENA region, including onboarding, allocation, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate resourcing and availability trackers for subcontractor workforce.
- Monitor subcontractor utilization, performance, and compliance with engagement terms.
- Collaborate with delivery leads and engagement managers to understand subcontractor needs and align resources accordingly.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on subcontractor status, utilization, and upcoming needs.
- Develop and manage Power BI dashboards and Excel trackers for real-time reporting and analytics.
- Present key data insights and recommendations to stakeholders via PowerPoint presentations.
- Identify potential resource gaps, availability issues, or over-utilization and escalate as needed.
- Assist with maintaining documentation and audit trails for subcontractor engagements.
- Ensure consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders to drive clarity and accountability.

- Ability to take part in difficult conversations under complex business situations
- Must have extremely strong MS Excel, Power Point, Power BI skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in workforce planning, resourcing, or subcontractor/vendor management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, data validation
Ideally, you’ll also have
- MBA in Finance or HR
- Experience in Resource & capacity operations along with Project management
