Job Summary:
GDS runs the Account Centricity Program (ACP) for the MENA region that directly complements efforts to grow GDS Client Services support for the region in alignment with the overall firm’s account centric strategy. The ACP Program Management Office team member is expected to help with driving various activities – operational and strategic – both at a program level and account level to ensure the success of the program. This role is suited for a detail‑oriented and proactive individual who can support program-level and account/sector-level activities.
Responsibilities on the job:
Account/Sector-Level
- Support coordination of account/sector strategy meetings, client visits, and workshops.
- Prepare high quality presentation packs for account/client meetings
- Tack high-value opportunities and wins, and drive GDS traction on identified opportunities and action items
- Prepare research reports or presentations on account or sector related topics
- Maintain trackers for stakeholder connects, global account team changes, and client engagement details.
Program-Level
- Support the PMO reporting processes, including dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Prepare reports, intelligence packs, and summaries using data from multiple sources.
- Update and maintain operations trackers
- Assist in creative solutions to problems that come up at the program or account level
Knowledge, Competency and Skills Requirements:
Professional
- Ability to prepare structured presentations and visually communicate information clearly
- Comfort with working on large data sets, performing analysis, and summarizing insights
- Strong secondary research skills
- Good stakeholder coordination skills with experience working across teams or functions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks with strong organizational skills
Behavioural
- Self‑driven, proactive, and able to work independently with guidance when required
- Good critical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with virtual and cross‑functional teams
Technical
- Good proficiency in MS Office tools — Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Working knowledge of CoPilot or other GenAI tools
- Knowledge of any automation or visualization tools is desirable, though not mandatory

Work Experience and Educational Requirements:
Education:
- Graduation in any stream
- Post-Graduation: Not mandatory, but a full-time MBA (or equivalent) will be an added advantage
Work Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in Business Operations, Project Management, Research, or related roles.
- Experience in a large professional services environment preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate workload and multiple time zones as needed.
- The role will be based out of Trivandrum
