The opportunity
Join EY’s Technology Consulting practice as a Manager in our Technology Strategy Transformation team, focused on the retail sector. You’ll help leading retailers navigate technology transformation, drive innovation, and deliver value across diverse retail environments.
Your key responsibilities
- Engage directly with retail organizations to understand their technology needs and challenges.
- Advise on technology strategies that address the unique differences between various retail segments, such as grocery and fashion.
- Support business case development and deployment planning for transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions spanning multiple technologies.
- Lead enterprise technology transformation projects, guiding clients through the selection and implementation process.
- Contribute to project launches and ongoing client engagements.
Skills and attributes for success
- Strong technology acumen, with experience working across a range of platforms and solutions.
- Experience engaging with clients and driving transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of the retail industry, with the ability to speak intelligently about sector-specific challenges and opportunities.
- Proven ability to design and implement enterprise systems (ERP, OMS, POS) across full project lifecycle—from requirements through deployment and stabilization in retail organizations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ideally, you’ll also
- Have previous consulting experience (preferred, but not required).
- Bring industry experience from leading retail organizations.
- Be bilingual in English/French (preferred, but not required).
