The opportunity
EY Technology Consulting is a fast-moving and high-growth area within EY. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager – SAP Order To Cash to join our Enterprise Applications team. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to realize your leadership potential. We are looking for an individual who combines experience leading SAP projects with an aptitude for driving sales pursuits and for helping grow our business.
Your key responsibilities
As a Senior Manager, you'll assist in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY in the ERP advisory market. These are shared with all EY market facing organizations to provide consistency and common platforms with which to go to market.
Consulting and Practice Management Skills:
Project Management: Participated in large scale SAP client engagements. Consistently deliver quality client services, driving high-quality work products within the expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Manage expectations of client service delivery. Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business. Should be a self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be comfortable interfacing with a client on a daily basis. This role requires daily interaction with the client at many levels including executives.
People Management: Effectively lead teams with diverse skills and backgrounds and foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.

To qualify for the role you must have
- A degree in computer science, accounting, finance or a related field (MBA or Business Undergraduate degree preferred). SAP certification/s highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience working with SAP SD/OTC across several different SD sub-areas. Participation in full life cycle implementations (or equivalent experience) required, preferable in a team lead capacity. Familiarity and experience with ECC integration to EWM, FI, CO, MM, QM, LE, PM, TM, etc.
- Experience using new SAP BP functionality and the integration to Claims and Disputes Management. Need experience designing and supporting customer structure using BP functionality.
- Experience executing a business blueprint and documenting business requirements that can be understood by a technical process team as well as functional business users. Experience in conducting fit/gap to standard SAP functionality.
- Development of project documentation, training materials, requirements gathering and project management methodology experience required.
- Experience with SAP reporting and HANA live a plus.
- Experience with order management, pricing, credit management, available to promise, delivery processing, transportation planning and execution, billing, claims and deductions, trade promotions management and EDI processing.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise domain knowledge with technology skills.
- Ability to drive the client to make difficult decisions during transformation programs. Need to be able to navigate complex business problems, and translate to SAP functional requirements.
- Demonstrate characteristics of a forward thinker and self-starter that thrives on new challenges and adapts quickly to learning new knowledge.
- Ability to lead a team of consulting professionals on multiple projects and a strong work ethic.
- A willingness to travel to meet client needs; depending on the project travel may be estimated at 70-90%.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Prior consulting experience and a demonstrated history of driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects at the "C" level of Fortune 500 companies

The salary range for this job in British Columbia is $120,500 to $216,000. Individual salaries within this range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and work location city.
