Senior Manager AI Risk

The opportunity

EY’s Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) practice is a consulting unit that provides risk management support to banks, insurers and asset managers. Our team includes individuals who have industry, client and product knowledge as well as quantitative, regulatory, project management and technology professionals. We are seeking a Senior Manager with AI and/or technology experience to join our team. Along with our team, you'll work together to coordinate the delivery of risk management, regulatory and business performance services to a variety of clients, including commercial banks, investment banks, broker-dealers, asset managers, insurance and energy trading companies, and other organizations.

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong leadership skills, ability to successfully deliver on complex projects, mentor and support teams, and navigate conflict
• Possess strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and artificial intelligence and/or technology experience
• Proactive, comfortable with uncertainty, and willing to learn and adapt

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Graduate-level university degree in a quantitative field
• 5-8 years of consulting experience
• 7-10 years of experience in advanced analytics and/or technology
• A track record of success in a top tier consulting firm

Ideally you would also have

• Ability to communicate in French
