The Opportunity

 

We are seeking a Senior Lead with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, Recruiting, and Recruiting Marketing (RMK) to join our HR Technology practice. This role is designed for professionals who can lead end-to-end implementations, manage complex stakeholder environments, and deliver high-impact recruiting and onboarding solutions. You will be responsible for solution ownership, program leadership, and strategic advisory across industries.

 

Your Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Strategy

 

  • Act as the primary advisor to Talent Acquisition and HR leaders on recruiting and onboarding transformation.
  • Lead client workshops to define recruiting workflows, onboarding journeys, and RMK strategies.
  • Translate business goals into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions aligned with talent acquisition objectives.

 

Implementation & Integration

  • Lead full-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, Recruiting, and RMK.
  • Oversee configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Ensure integration with core HR systems, third-party job boards, and onboarding platforms.

 

Solution Ownership & Innovation

  • Own the end-to-end solution design across Onboarding, Recruiting, and RMK modules.
  • Introduce leading practices from the SAP ecosystem and ensure alignment with compliance and branding standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in candidate experience, recruiter efficiency, and onboarding effectiveness.

 

Program Delivery & Coordination

  • Manage cross-functional teams and offshore delivery models.
  • Maintain project timelines, risk mitigation plans, and stakeholder communications.
  • Ensure delivery meets contractual obligations and client expectations.

 

People Leadership

  • Lead and mentor consultants and analysts across multiple geographies.
  • Promote accountability, knowledge-sharing, and professional development.

 

Change Enablement & Adoption

  • Partner with change management teams to support recruiting and onboarding transformation.
  • Lead enablement sessions for recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams.

 

Skills and Attributes for Success

  • Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, Recruiting, and RMK.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and candidate lifecycle management.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale recruiting and onboarding implementations.
  • Proficiency in configuration, integrations, and recruiting marketing optimization.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to lead teams across onshore/offshore models.

 

To Qualify for the Role You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting.
  • Minimum 3 full-cycle implementations of Onboarding, Recruiting, and RMK.
    SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding certifications.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

 

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

  • Experience with SAP Career Site Builder and RMK branding strategies.
  • Familiarity with third-party ATS, CRM, or onboarding platforms.
  • Exposure to global recruiting environments and compliance frameworks.
