The opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Transformation Consultant to lead and support HR transformation initiatives. This role involves analyzing current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions to drive operational efficiency, digital transformation, and organizational change.
This role is ideal for someone passionate and eager to contribute to transformative projects that align HR practices with organizational goals, particularly focusing on HR systems like Dayforce Ceridian, SAP SuccessFactors, and UKG.
Your key responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to define transformation goals.
- Conduct in-depth assessments of current processes, systems, and organizational structures.
- Design and implement transformation roadmaps, including change management strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute transformation initiatives.
- Monitor and report on project progress, KPIs, and ROI.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities.

To qualify for the role you must have
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of HCM/WFM/ERP system implementation experience
- 3–5 years of experience in business process analysis and project management
- Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and technologies eg, Dayforce Ceridian
- Flexibility and ability to travel
Ideally, you’ll also have
- PMP, Prosci Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, or similar.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ceridian Dayforce certification is a plus.
