The opportunity
In this role, you’ll focus on market activation of priority campaigns for the Metals & Mining sector portfolio. You’ll leverage and effectively communicate EY’s capabilities and solutions to promote and launch marketing initiatives in Canada, US and Americas that underpin EY’s reputation, fuel our relationships, and help us stand apart from the competition.
As a marketing generalist, in your day-to-day activities you’ll find yourself executing omni-channel marketing campaigns and events to build external visibility, while driving internal education and awareness for our market stakeholders. You’ll be expected to contribute and collaborate as a get-it-done team member who’s committed to executional excellence.

Your key responsibilities:
- Understand the various market segment strategy set by our leadership team and activate EY campaigns that best align to the organization’s goals and priorities
- Focus on strengthening our brand with key accounts, prospective clients and influencers
- Develop and write a range of strategic external and internal communications designed to connect with the firm’s values, goals and priorities. This includes articles, reports, POV’s, leadership messages, briefing documents, and more
- Support, organize and execute events & webinars for various audiences, leveraging different tools and formats for maximum engagement
- Evaluate and manage sponsorship opportunities to strategically support existing programs and elevate our brand in the market
- Manage design efforts related to content development, sales collateral, and product marketing, ensuring brand consistency and excellence.
- Conduct market research to support sales and marketing efforts
- Support the development of thought leadership, articles and market-facing content
- Track and report ROI on all campaigns, programs, events, sponsorships and marketing efforts.

- Ability to quickly learn and understand all facets of EY’s business (service lines, solutions, industries)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the confidence to present at all levels
- Ability to build and foster collaborative relationships (internally and externally), including firm Partners
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media
- Business development and growth mindset, with exceptional work ethic
- Experience working in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to prioritize
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently and remotely effectively
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications or relevant combination of experience and education
- 3-5 years of marketing experience creating, executing and measuring high-quality brand experiences, campaigns and programs that drive revenue and build relationships. B2B experience an asset. Professional services marketing experience preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable working with senior leaders
- Superior writing skills and the ability to develop materials that are clear, concise and make an impact
- In-depth knowledge of marketing trends, sponsorship, event management and measurement (analytics, dashboarding, reporting, etc.)
Ideally you will also have:
- This role involves interaction with internal and external clients and professionals nationally and globally. Professional competency in the English language is therefore a requirement of this role. Bilingualism in both French and English is considered an asset.

EY reports salary ranges in accordance with applicable provincial pay transparency legislation. Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skill sets.
- British Columbia/Ontario: $75,600 to $113,400
