Your key responsibilities
Additionally, you will:
- Manage and deliver client engagements, build client relationships, and support team development. This will include generating new business opportunities by developing ideas and solutions to present to internal and external clients
- Lead the development and execution of systems integration projects and roadmaps
- Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring clear and effective collaboration between business and technical teams.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, fostering a culture of learning and development.
Skills and attributes for success

Experience in business development or delivering against financial targets in a service-oriented context is a plus.
- High-performance tech leaders. A strong track record of management of large teams delivering strategic technology-enabled transformations and major digital implementations. Demonstrated team leadership experience in complex contexts, in addition to project management, advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Great communicators. Communication is key — we strive to bring our best interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, whether we’re writing an e-mail, building a proposal, drafting an architecture diagram, or cutting code. It is recommended to be bilingual (French/ English) to work in the Montreal office.

Typically, successful candidates have over 5 years of experience delivering projects through strategy, design, build, test, and delivery.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience in conducting in-depth analysis of business requirements and translate them into detailed system specifications.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions in the financial services industry
- Past project experiences using Agile methodology practices & driving iterative development and continuous improvement.
- Understanding of business development activities such as responding to request for proposals (RFP), structuring solutions, client orals/presentations, drafting statement of work and managing sales pipeline.
- Strong project management skills with an ability to deliver on complex situations or problems.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills and the ability to adjust your communication style based on audience needs (English and French).
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- 6+ years of relevant industry experience
