Experience Management/Resource Management, Associate - Assurance

The opportunity
The Experience Management Associate is a member of the Canada Assurance Experience Management Team, contributing to the goals of effective deployment of our practitioners and comprehensive project staffing for delivery of our engagements in the Toronto FSO practice.
Your key responsibilities
Assist with staffing intermediate resources, junior resources, maintaining Retain with client bookings and staff projections
Maintain databases regarding client data, staff preferences, skills and restrictions as required
Produce general forecasting, availability and capacity management reporting as required.
Prepare weekly communication as required
Monitor unassigned resources, act as point of contact for unassigned staff, identify assignments for same
Audit Retain regularly for accuracy
Assist with annual planning process - incl. data input to planning tool as directed by EM team leaders
Communicate regularly with EM and practice managers on status of staffing requirements and issues
Liaising with other groups as needed – Learning, Campus, HR
Involved in ad hoc projects as required
Identify over/under utilized individuals and bring to attention of EMs as required.
Identify conflicts and resolve or escalate

To qualify for the role you must have
- Experience working in a Corporate Office Environment
- Ability to demonstrate strong organization skills
- Ability to demonstrate working high volume coordination activities
Ideally you will also have
- Post Secondary Education
- Experience scheduling staff
