  • Collaborate with global and regional MSS teams to assemble the right pursuit teams, solutions, and commercial models.
  • Drive disciplined pursuit execution, from early client conversations through contract close.

Proposal Development & Solution Framing

  • Oversee the development of compelling MSS proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.
  • Ensure proposals clearly articulate EY’s differentiated value, global delivery model, and industry relevance.
  • Align service scope, commercials, risk, and delivery commitments with client objectives and EY standards.

Managed Services Delivery & Assurance

  • Provide senior oversight to ensure high‑quality delivery of Managed Security Services engagements.
  • Partner with delivery leaders to monitor performance, SLAs, risk, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the evolution of delivery frameworks, operational models, and best practices across MSS engagements.

Market Insight, Thought Leadership & Brand

  • Monitor industry trends, client challenges, and regulatory drivers impacting cybersecurity in Industrials & Energy.
  • Contribute to thought leadership, market points of view, and client insight materials.
  • Represent EY in key client forums, executive briefings, and industry events.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Managed Security Services, such as SOC operations, threat detection and response, identity services, vulnerability management, and cloud security.
  • Proven ability to operate at the executive level, building trusted client relationships and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working with global delivery models and matrixed organizations.
  • Track record of balancing commercial, delivery, and risk responsibilities in complex engagements.
