The opportunity
The Assurance Facilitator Excellence Manager is a strategic capability leader responsible for strengthening the quality, capacity and impact of Audit facilitation across Canada. The role will shape and lead an integrated facilitator strategy that builds a technically credible, future-ready facilitator pool and enables consistent, high-quality learning experiences.
Working with Audit leadership, Professional Practice, subject-matter resources and Learning teams, the Manager will set standards and oversee the facilitator lifecycle—from facilitator pipeline and qualification through development, deployment and performance. Drawing on strong Audit expertise, the Manager will also lead technical train-the-trainer sessions, teach selected programs and coach facilitators on technical accuracy and delivery effectiveness.
Beyond Audit, the Manager will design and advance a national Facilitator Excellence program that establishes common standards, scalable practices and measurable outcomes across service lines. The role will also support priority Assurance and firmwide learning initiatives, including national program launches and large-scale learning events, and must be available during peak delivery periods to review technical content, prepare facilitators and deliver courses as needed.
