As an AI Learning Services Specialist, you will help bring EY Canada's AI learning strategy to life through exceptional program delivery, learner support, and operational excellence. Reporting to our Deployment Manager and working closely with the AI Learning team, business stakeholders, vendors, and subject matter experts, you will coordinate and deliver innovative learning experiences that help our people build practical AI capabilities and confidently adopt emerging technologies in their day-to-day work.

 

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project management and organizational skills with curiosity about AI and a passion for creating engaging learner experiences. You are highly organized, technologically savvy, thrive in fast-moving environments, and enjoy turning plans into seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of AI learning programs, including virtual, in-person, and hybrid experiences.
  • Manage learning logistics, communications, registrations, learner tracking, evaluations, and program administration.
  • Support the execution of strategic AI learning initiatives and firmwide capability-building campaigns.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for learners, stakeholders, facilitators, and vendors, ensuring a high-quality learner experience.
  • Build and maintain learning content and assets, including LMS courses, learning pathways, SharePoint sites, registration platforms, resource hubs, presentations, and job aids.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and technologies to improve team productivity, streamline processes, and enhance learner engagement.
  • Track participation, adoption, completion, and feedback data, transforming insights into recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage program invoices, vendor coordination, and reporting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with continuing education (CE) requirements, privacy requirements, bilingual obligations, and internal governance processes.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the learner experience through automation and innovation.
  • Contribute to a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and innovation within the L&D team.

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and learner experience best practices, with the ability to recommend effective learning approaches for diverse audiences.
  • Experience supporting the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning programs, curricula, and capability-building initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
  • Strong project coordination and execution skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
  • Curiosity about AI, emerging technologies, and the future of work.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to create polished learning materials, learner communications, job aids, and presentations.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different service lines and levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated proficiency using AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies to improve effectiveness and ways of working.

 

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in learning and development, learning operations, talent development, program management, or a related field.
  • Experience coordinating and delivering virtual and in-person learning programs.
  • Experience working with learning management systems, preferably SuccessFactors.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, and other digital collaboration tools.
  • Experience managing learning data, reporting, and administrative processes.
  • Experience working with external vendors, subject matter experts, and managing program logistics.
  • Knowledge of continuing education requirements, compliance processes, or regulated learning environments is an asset.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.

EY reports salary ranges in accordance with applicable provincial pay transparency legislation. Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skill sets.

  • Toronto/London/Ottawa/Waterloo: $68,400 to $102,600
  • Vancouver/Victoria: $68,400 to $102,600
  • Dieppe: $61,600 to $92,400
