As the AI Learning Associate Director, you will serve as a strategic advisor and learning capability leader responsible for shaping, scaling and activating EY Canada's AI learning strategy, driving enterprise-wide AI skill development, and enabling our people to adopt AI in ways that create measurable business impact.
Reporting to the L&D Business Partner and working in close partnership with EY Canada's Chief Technology Officer and the Office of the CTO, you will help shape and execute enterprise-wide learning strategies that drive AI adoption, support workforce transformation, and build future-ready capabilities across the organization.
This highly visible role requires a blend of learning expertise, business acumen, stakeholder management, and change leadership. You will work across service lines, talent, technology, and leadership teams to identify emerging capability needs, design scalable solutions, and translate complex AI concepts into meaningful learning experiences that drive measurable business outcomes. Success in this role requires an agile, builder's mindset and the ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment where priorities, technologies, and workforce needs continue to shift. The successful candidate will be comfortable navigating ambiguity, rapidly translating emerging opportunities into action, and continuously adapting learning strategies to keep pace with change.

Your key responsibilities
- Partner with senior business, L&D, and technology leaders to define capability priorities that support EY Canada's AI transformation strategy.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI learning roadmap aligned to evolving business priorities and emerging technology trends.
- Identify opportunities to accelerate AI adoption through innovative learning experiences, performance support tools, and capability-building initiatives.
- Lead the firmwide design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI learning programs, learning paths, campaigns, and experiences.
- Translate emerging AI priorities into scalable learning solutions that drive behaviour change and business impact.
- Curate and integrate learning resources, programs, platforms, certifications, and thought leadership content to support a continuous learning culture.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic AI learning initiatives, ensuring delivery excellence and strong learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, external vendors, and subject matter experts across the business to lead the development of high-quality, business-relevant content and experiences.
- Influence senior stakeholders and navigate competing priorities to achieve program objectives and organizational goals.
- Monitor adoption trends, learner engagement, and business feedback to continuously evolve capability-building strategies.
- Manage select program budgets, vendor relationships, and governance activities to ensure operational excellence.
- Partner with Brand Marketing Communications and leadership teams to develop effective engagement, activation, and reinforcement plans.

- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive progress through collaboration and influence.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- 8+ years of experience in learning and development, talent development, workforce transformation, change management, or related fields.
- Experience working with an LMS (preferably SuccessFactors) a plus.
- Proficient in advanced capabilities in Excel (use of pivot tables and v-lookup) and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in Zoom, MS Teams, Office 360 and SharePoint.
- Demonstrated proficiency using AI and AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot and similar solutions) to enhance personal effectiveness, accelerate content creation, synthesize information, support decision-making, and improve business outcomes.
- Experience applying AI to solve business problems, improve ways of working, or drive capability-building and adoption initiatives within an organization.
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.

EY reports salary ranges in accordance with applicable provincial pay transparency legislation. Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skill sets.
- Vancouver/Victoria: $126,800 to $211,300
- Dieppe: $114,000 to $190,000
