The opportunity 

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to join EY’s Tax Practice in Tirana Office. The teams help support and deliver tax advice for their clients across Albania and abroad.

As a tax professional at EY, you will gain the technical knowledge and industry experience you need to help clients manage their tax obligations effectively and enhance their financial performance. In turn, we'll help you achieve your potential by developing your business advisory experience and exposure to clients. Our senior tax professionals will support you throughout your career, helping you to grow and become a leader in the tax profession.

• Develop your knowledge in local and international taxation
• Develop communication and soft skills
• Work in a diverse cross border team
• Participate in Tax advisory engagements
• Deliver high quality drafts
• Participation in discussions on the meetings with clients and in projects with both clients and international EY offices.
• Work with junior colleagues and monitor their work.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Higher education in tax, law, finance, economics or other relevant degree
• Strong knowledge of Albanian Tax legislation
• At least 1-2 years of work experience in tax, accounting, or other financial consulting and advisory firm.
• Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written;
• Advanced knowledge of PC software (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
