Head of Offensive Security

We are looking for our next head of offensive security to join our senior management team. Someone who is eager to turn vision into reality and who can transform our enthusiasm into client success.

We are looking for an individual, experienced in cybersecurity consulting and working with global enterprises, to provide strategic technological leadership in all aspects of our business, inspire innovation and further grow our team of consultants in this space.

Applicants must have proven experience in managing teams providing offensive cybersecurity services, either internally or to clients, including:

• Application and Infrastructure Penetration testing
• Adversary simulations (Red and Purple Teams)
• Experience in diverse IT and OT environments, including cloud
• Additional testing experience, such as WiFi an IoT devices
• Secure architecture and design for Applications and Infrastructure

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience leading teams of 15+ people
• 5+ years of experience in offensive security / ethical hacking, using manual techniques as well as common toolsets.
• Familiarity and relationships within the cybersecurity tool vendor eco-system
• International client facing experience, preferably in North America
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English

Advantages:

• Experience in network architecture (On-prem and cloud)
• Software and/or Hardware development background
• Recognized personal R&D accomplishment such as CVEs and hacking tools
• Certifications, i.e. OSCP, OSCE, OSWE, GPEN, GXPN, GWAPT
