Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement compensation plans and incentive programs, encompassing KPIs, overall compensation strategy, and equity-based incentives.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and benchmark analysis.
  • Provide strategic advisory services across various industries, guiding companies on compensation levels, industry requirements, and best practices.
  • Perform and review annual bonus calculations.
  • Advise on equity compensation plans.
  • Develop and refine compensation processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Consult with senior management, boards of directors, and compensation committees on strategic compensation matters.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Law.
  • Prior professional experience – 2 years minimum.
  • Proven experience in compensation, benefits, equity programs, regulation, and incentive policies – an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills, with the ability to work across teams.
  • High-level analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Fluency in both English and Hebrew.
