Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement compensation plans and incentive programs, encompassing KPIs, overall compensation strategy, and equity-based incentives.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and benchmark analysis.
- Provide strategic advisory services across various industries, guiding companies on compensation levels, industry requirements, and best practices.
- Perform and review annual bonus calculations.
- Advise on equity compensation plans.
- Develop and refine compensation processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Consult with senior management, boards of directors, and compensation committees on strategic compensation matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Law.
- Prior professional experience – 2 years minimum.
- Proven experience in compensation, benefits, equity programs, regulation, and incentive policies – an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills, with the ability to work across teams.
- High-level analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Fluency in both English and Hebrew.
