The Opportunity
As part of EY Financial Services Technology Risk, you will work with leading financial institutions to design, implement and transform Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), IT Risk Management (ITRM) and AI Risk capabilities. You will support clients across strategy, requirements definition, target operating model design, platform implementation, testing, deployment and post-go-live optimization. The role requires individuals who can bridge business and technology teams, translate risk management requirements into functional solutions, and support the delivery of large-scale technology transformation programmes.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Technology Risk or GRC platform transformation engagements.
- Manage project teams across multiple workstreams including business analysis, solution design, testing and deployment.
- Drive client workshops and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholder groups.
- Lead solution definition for IRM, TPRM, ITRM, Operational Risk, Regulatory Compliance or AI Risk initiatives.
- Oversee requirements management, process redesign and target operating model development.
- Manage implementation delivery for platforms such as ServiceNow IRM, Archer, ProcessUnity or other GRC solutions.
- Provide quality review of functional specifications, solution design documents and testing artefacts.
- Support business development, proposal preparation, RFP responses and practice growth initiatives.
- Coach and mentor junior team members while contributing to capability development within the Technology Risk practice.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Risk Management or a related field.
- 8 to 10+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
- Proven experience leading large-scale Technology Risk or GRC transformation programmes.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client stakeholders.
- Strong programme delivery, stakeholder management and project governance skills.
- Experience managing platform implementation projects from requirements through deployment.
Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
- ServiceNow IRM
- Archer
- ProcessUnity
- MetricStream
- LogicGate
- OneTrust
- IBM OpenPages
Experience in one or more of the following:
- Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
- Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
- IT Risk Management (ITRM)
- Operational Risk Management
- Regulatory Compliance Management
- AI Risk Governance and Responsible AI
- Controls Management and Testing
- Policy and Compliance Management
- Issue and Action Tracking
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience working with banks, insurance companies, asset managers or other financial services organizations.
