As Finance Team Senior Associate, you’ll work in our Core Business Services (CBS) division, as a financial professional, you’ll be focused on improving financial performance at the forefront of finance and business policies, tools and best practices to effectively support client-serving teams on the financial management of their accounts.
Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
- Provide tailored advice to client-serving teams on optimizing margin and financial management at pursuit, engagement, and portfolio levels, especially when these are complex and material.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of financial tools, strategies, and policies, articulating both content and context appropriately to help service line teams navigate and deliver work successfully to clients.
- Share knowledge and experiences across the team to strengthen skills and improve advice to client-serving teams.
- Contribute to capturing and shaping best practices, processes, and improved solutions.
- Consume and distill complex financial knowledge and policy awareness into advice tailored to meet the needs of client-serving teams.
- Give recommendations to client-serving teams to optimize margin and improve financial management.
- Analyze extensive data and reporting to pinpoint where advice will have the greatest impact.
- Use strong analytical skills to determine individuals/teams in need of proactive outreach to improve financial performance.
- Facilitate training for account and engagement teams on SAP and effective financial management practices, as required.
Skills and attributes for success:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or an allied field, and currently pursuing a professional accounting designation.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in finance/accounting.
- Knowledge of SAP and 1C accounting systems.
- Fluent proficiency in written and spoken English and Georgian.
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, with strong teaming abilities.
- Strong research, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to prioritize workload and deliver credible outputs within deadlines and with minimal supervision.
