The opportunity:

As transfer pricing 1st year assistant, you will work with a diverse range of clients, developing skills in preparing documentation, defending transfer pricing in tax audits and the formulation of strategic approaches to enhance transfer pricing policies. This growing area provides an opportunity for challenges and growth, with the support of our network of tax professionals. 

Your key responsibilities :

• Assistance in technical analyses related to transfer pricing, including industry analysis, company analysis and comparability analysis (benchmarking studies);
• Effectively apply economic/finance knowledge to transfer pricing projects, for example application of standard statistical techniques, financial ratios and data classification;
• Work with accounting and financial data, analyze, and perform financial adjustment calculations;
• Develop understanding of basic transfer pricing concepts and apply them in everyday work;
• Assistance in administrative matters of the team.

Skills and attributes for success:

• Bachelors or master’s in finance, economics, accounting, computer technology, law, mathematics, or related field (e.g., quantitative methods);
• Work experience in professional services or professional tax organization, with specific experience in transfer pricing would be advantageous, although not obligatory;
• Fluent proficiency in written and spoken English and Georgian;
• Demonstrate the ability to perform financial research and analysis with some financial modelling will be an asset;
• Readiness to develop understanding of basic transfer pricing concepts and applying them in everyday work;
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/ written communication skills;
• Effective time management skills;
• Ability to work in fast paced professional services environment.
