Senior Manager - Project Management and Team Building (Uzbekistan)

Position Level: Senior Manager (Director level may be considered)

Role Overview: EY's CCaSS Team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Manager to join our dynamic team based in Uzbekistan. This role is critical in helping to lead our CCaSS practice initiatives and expanding our impact in the region. The ideal candidates will have experience in both sustainability and consulting, with a minimum of 7-8 years of experience, and a proven track record in managing projects. For the right candidate, there is great potential to advance to a Director or Partner role if growth targets are achieved in the next two years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a local team of 5-7 sustainability consultants, providing guidance and support. The team should growth further, following the growth of the business.
• Oversee project management activities to ensure successful delivery of sustainability consulting projects.
• Drive business development efforts to expand our client base in the sustainability area.
• Build and develop the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Participate in development, and drive implementation, of strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality services.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in sustainability and consulting.
• Proven project management experience.
• Strong commercial awareness with business development skills an advantage.
• Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent English is required, Russian or Turkish is a big plus.
