Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our Strategy and Transactions (SaT) team in Tashkent. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in providing expert valuation services, financial modeling, and economic analysis, while navigating the local business landscape with cultural sensitivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage valuation projects, providing insights and recommendations based on thorough financial modeling and economic analysis.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored valuation solutions.
  • Engage in business development activities to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, enhancing EY's market presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and adaptability when working with diverse teams and clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, ASA, ACCA) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in valuation, financial modeling, or economic analysis.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity to navigate the local business environment effectively.
  • Fluent in English, Russian, and Uzbek; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • UZ state appraiser license is a plus.
