The opportunity   

Join our Tax team and become part of the leading tax practice in Estonia. As a Senior Tax Consultant, you will work with recognized advisors to support clients in making well-informed business decisions and shaping their strategies. 

In this role, you will advise on tax matters across a diverse client portfolio while developing your technical expertise and business acumen within a collaborative and international environment. 

Your key responsibilities   

• Support companies in executing their strategies by providing practical tax solutions that enhance day-to-day reporting across direct and indirect taxes. Your contribution will play an important role in shaping their growth journey. 

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them reduce errors in tax accounting, expand their business, and navigate complex tax legislation. You will help clients stay up to date in a rapidly changing regulatory environment and work effectively with tax authorities. 

• Use your expertise to influence clients’ business operations by analyzing and explaining the impact of taxes on their supply chains, financial processes, and accounting systems. 

Skills and attributes for success   

• Proven experience in taxation (tax advisory, tax audit or tax compliance. 

• Bachelor’s degree in law, accounting, economics, taxation, or a related field. 

• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. 

• Be well organised systematic, attention to detail is important 

• Be able to adhere to deadlines – deadline driven and focussed 

• Team player who has willingness to go the extra mile 

• Excellent project management skills and experience 

• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally. 

• Proven track record of building relationships with authorities, clients and colleagues 

• Proactive approach and willingness to take on challenges and adapt to change. 

• Excellent command of Estonian and English.
