At EY, we believe AI is not just a technology shift, but a business transformation opportunity. We are looking for an AI Transformation Consultant who can help accelerate the adoption of AI across our organization and client engagements.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about emerging technologies, constantly explores new ways of working, and can translate AI capabilities into practical business solutions. You will focus on identifying opportunities, driving adoption, improving processes, and helping clients realize tangible value from AI incl building agentic solutions.

You will work closely with service line leaders, business teams and client-facing professionals to embed AI into everyday work, enhance productivity, and create innovative solutions that support the future of consulting.

Your key responsibilities

• Identify and drive AI adoption opportunities across internal operations and client projects.
• Design and implement AI-enabled improvements to business processes and ways of working.
• Support teams in integrating AI tools into daily activities and project delivery.
• Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions and innovation initiatives focused on AI.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, platforms and market trends.
• Develop business cases and value propositions for AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions.
• Create guidance materials, best practices and training content to increase AI capability across the organization.
• Measure adoption, collect feedback and continuously improve AI implementation efforts.
• Support change management activities related to AI transformation initiatives.

Skills and attributes for success

• Experience leading AI-enabled business transformation and operating model redesign initiatives.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Data & AI, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven ability to identify and implement high-value AI use cases that drive productivity, growth, cost optimization, or risk reduction.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI copilots, enterprise AI adoption, governance, risk management, and responsible AI.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Cursor, Replit, or similar solutions.
• Ability to translate business challenges into AI solutions, business cases, and implementation roadmaps, while driving adoption and change.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience collaborating with senior business leaders and bridging business and technology teams.
• Entrepreneurial, curious, and analytical mindset, with an understanding of organizational change, AI adoption and capability building.
• Excellent communication skills in Estonian and English.

Ideally, you'll also have

• Experience working with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or similar AI platforms.
• Experience in process transformation, operational excellence or digital transformation.
• Understanding of prompt engineering principles and AI governance concepts.
• Familiarity with low-code / no-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience delivering training, coaching or adoption programs.
• Knowledge of consulting, professional services or transformation environments.
