We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team across the end‑to‑end hiring process. This role offers hands‑on exposure to talent sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and employer branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment team with end‑to‑end hiring activities for experienced hires
- Assist in sourcing candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate shortlisting
- Coordinate interviews and manage interview logistics
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system/ shared tracking file
- Prepare recruitment reports and support ad‑hoc TA projects
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Requirements:
- Undergraduate or postgraduate student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail‑oriented with good organizational and time‑management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Interest in talent acquisition and human resources
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior internship or project experience in HR or recruitment
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or ATS platforms (an advantage but not required)
