Job Description

強化安永與高資產人士及企業家族成員關係，協助客戶進行家族傳承、股權設計、租稅管理，及集團架構及營運模式調整，以因應現今產業快速變化之衝擊，主要服務包含:

1.提供高資產人士及家族有關個人或企業之資產移轉(例如 股權、不動產)、投資活動所需稅務、法律、地政等相關諮詢服務。
2.提供家族因應未來二代接班、傳承規劃所需稅務、法律等相關諮詢服務，並協助透過各式工具的執行（例如: 閉鎖性公司、信託、贈與等規劃）達到客戶所欲之租稅管理及傳承規劃目標。
3.提供家族企業IPO、投資、併購及組織架構調整活動所涉及之稅務、工商、法律等相關諮詢服務。
4.協助高資產人士及家族企業因多重稅務居民身份與 國外配合機構進行稅務諮詢，以降低跨國租稅風險及多重租稅負擔。
5.協助及參與全球所內規劃之行銷活動，包含課程、講座、論壇、刊物調查及影音作品推廣活動。
6.領導團隊業務運作順暢。

Job Conditions

1. 有四大稅務/審計服務或理財諮詢經驗者尤佳
2. 國外內商學系所畢、個性積極，對稅務諮詢服務具熱忱者
3. 英語具TOEIC 850以上或同等標準以上尤佳
4. 具有會計師或其他相關證照(信託、保險、股務、記帳士等)尤佳
