Job Description

1. 負責客戶需求訪談、系統方案配置規劃設計及測試、客戶教育訓練等工作。
2. 需外勤至客戶現場輔導上線,或遠程支援、排查客戶問題。
3. 能以良善的溝通技巧,有效梳理客戶需求。
4. 配合團隊作業。

• Process and Controls Enhancement: Re-design and deploy streamlined business processes including new technology solutions with clear roles and responsibilities, standardized work processes, proper controls embedded to manage risks.
• Data and Systems Effectiveness: Embed the needs of business into Finance and IT systems to increase automation and data quality throughout business processes; automate business processing, business compliance and reporting through various technologies.
• Function Evaluation and Optimization: Evaluate or optimize business operation structure by assessing current state, benchmarking with leading practice, providing optimization solution options, etc.

 

Job Conditions

1. 具備獨立分析、自主學習與解決問題能力。
2. 具團隊精神及良好溝通表達能力。
3. 抗壓性高,對於Coding工作有高度熱誠與興趣。
4. 具備VBA或C#開發經驗尤佳。
5. 具RPA設計開發相關經驗(UiPath 或 NICE尤佳)。
6. 熟悉 SAP FICO模組尤佳。
7. 具財稅相關經驗或金融業經驗尤佳。
