As a member on the EY Strategy and Transaction team, the candidate will be accountable for the execution of various advisory services including but not limited to company/industry research, project finance advisory, and capital strategy advisory for transactions and projects across various sectors.

Job Description

1. Conduct research on companies and industry relevant to projects
2. Gather market intelligence on sectors of interest such as renewable energy and its supply chain, RE supply and demand, and project finance
3. Develop and assess business cases for M&A transactions and infrastructure projects
4. Interact and communicate with corporate clients, financial institutions, and other project stakeholders
5. Be active in sharing knowledge, building networks, and support business development 

Job Conditions

1. Bachelor or above
2. Proficient in English; sensitive with numbers
3. Professional experience in the renewable energy sector will be a plus, preferably with focus on commercialization and/or regulatory environment
4. Project financing experience shall be an advantage
5. Ambitious to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented team with steep learning curve and strong commitment to coaching and development
6. Active participation and willingness to go an extra mile for clients
