Job Description: As a member on the EY Strategy and Transaction team, the candidate will be accountable for the execution of various advisory services including but not limited to company/industry research, project finance advisory, and capital strategy advisory for transactions and projects across various sectors.
Job Description
- Conduct research on companies and industry relevant to projects
- Prepare and present business proposals to corporate clients.
- Develop and manage M&A transactions and infrastructure projects
- Communicate with corporate clients, financial institutions, and other project stakeholders
- Supervise and grow junior members in the team
- Be active in sharing knowledge, building networks, and support business development
Job Conditions
- 4~5+ years of experience as an M&A Advisor or similar role. Investment Banking/ Securities House - Underwritings Department/ Transaction Due Diligence experience is a plus
- Deep understanding of corporate finance
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Bachelor's degree degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or relevant field
