Job Description: As a member on the EY Strategy and Transaction team, the candidate will be accountable for the execution of various advisory services including but not limited to company/industry research, project finance advisory, and capital strategy advisory for transactions and projects across various sectors.

 
Job Description

1. Conduct research on companies and industry relevant to projects
2. Prepare and present business proposals to corporate clients.
3. Develop and manage M&A transactions and infrastructure projects
4. Communicate with corporate clients, financial institutions, and other project stakeholders 
5. Supervise and grow junior members in the team 
6. Be active in sharing knowledge, building networks, and support business development

Job Conditions

1. 4~5+ years of experience as an M&A Advisor or similar role. Investment Banking/ Securities House - Underwritings Department/ Transaction Due Diligence experience is a plus
2. Deep understanding of corporate finance
3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
4. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
5. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
6. Bachelor's degree degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or relevant field
