Job Description
1. Conduct equity research, industry research, management interviews, and site visits; and support managers by analyzing information obtained from various channels for use in the preparation of valuation reports.
2. Appraise company or asset values using the income approach, market approach, or asset-based approach for the transaction, financial reporting, or tax purposes.
3. Work closely and communicate with clients, targets, and other professionals in financial due diligence, legal, tax, and valuation.

Job Conditions  

1. University graduates with a minimum of 5 years; relevant experience as Staff Accountants(Audit experience is a plus)
2. Strong Excel knowledge.
3. Competent research skills and ability to analyze financial statements and forecasts.
4. Ability to assist with proposals.
5. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
6. BOT and GreenField experience is a plus (not required).
