Job Description

1. International Corporate Taxation Consulting Services.
2. Coordination of outbound-oriented Foreign tax consulting on investment and/or transaction activities.
3. Inbound tax consulting including tax status review/advisory or tax treaty/preferential tax treatment application.
4. Mergers & Acquisitions related tax consulting, including but not limited to: Tax due diligence, Tax structuring analysis and/or contract review.
5. Assistance of Tax Seminar/Workshop preparation and tax brochure publication.
