Job Title:  Associate – Talent Visa Management Team

Job Summary:

Talent Services (TS) is a core service line within the Global Delivery Services organization, offering a variety of HR support services, including Recruitment, Onboarding, People Data Administration, Learning, Global Mobility, and Performance Management to EY member firms. As part of TS, the Talent Visa Management Team supports the Talent Team’s operations across regions. This Associate role supports the Oceania region, by assisting with the end-to-end processes for new hire visa applications, existing employee visa applications and Permanent Residency (PR).

The role is responsible for managing various administrative and compliance tasks related to visa and immigration processes across Australia and New Zealand. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong understanding of visa and immigration processes. It requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for administrative excellence.

Essential Functions of the Job:

Responsibilities:

•    Provide support with Labour Market Testing (LMT) requirements 
•    Assist with collating documents to support visa submission process
•    Manage milestone emails to candidates at various stages of the immigration and new starter process 
•    Submit e-forms with visa details in relevant systems and ensure all records in SuccessFactors and Employee Central are accurately updated and maintained
•    Engage with third party provider of car pickup service including seeking approvals, submitting booking requests, handling invoices
•    Provide assistance with responding to candidate queries and providing a high level of candidate care
•    Monitor and report the progress of all visa applications, ensuring all cases are processed and handled within established timelines
•    Maintain various trackers in MS Lists to ensure status and progress of all cases remain on track and reportable. 
•    Serve as the first point of contact for Talent Acquisition teams regarding international hires, providing guidance and updates as needed
•    Conduct routine compliance checks to ensure accurate record keeping requirements for work rights. 
•    Assist in other administrative tasks that are being performed by the Talent Visa Management Team

Job Requirements:

Education:

•    Bachelor’s degree
Experience:

•    While 12 months of experience in an administrative role is preferred, we also welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow in this position
•    Prior experience and a genuine interest in Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, or People Advisory Services is highly desirable
•    Experience working within a large corporate environment and managing compliance to procedures is a plus 
•    Working in international and diverse environments
