Job Summary:
Talent Services (TS) is a core service line within the Global Delivery Services organization, providing multiple HR support services including Recruitment Operations, Onboarding, and Recruitment Branding support to EY member firms. TS provides services to country, sub-area, area and global people teams and other EY stakeholders involved in HR, L&D and recruiting transactions and associated administration, reporting and people infrastructure. These services are delivered from our centres in Kerala and Bangalore, India; Wroclaw, Poland; and Manila, Philippines. TS team delivers consistent, high-quality and operationally efficient HR transactional services to EY through a globally efficient and effective network of GDS centres.
Recruitment VTH supports a specific Region and acts as part of the extended Region Recruitment team.
VTH works in a fully integrated way with onshore Recruitment colleagues participating in meetings, projects and planning activities as part of one team. The Team supports the region in performing operational and administrative tasks to allow the onshore team to focus on consultative and strategic activities based on the priorities of the Region.
The Campus Projects Coordinator will support the Oceania Campus Projects Manager in the design, development and implementation of strategic campus initiatives and early identification programs to raise the profile of EY and to attract the best talent. This role is responsible for aspects of recruitment marketing, event coordination, reporting and analysis and project support.

Essential Functions of the Job:
Responsibilities:
• Assisting with creating content for student programs and workshops including updating event guides, toolkits, and presentations
• Ensuring campus marketing materials adhere to EY guidelines including liaising with creative services and submitting documents through the EY SCORE approval process.
• Support with gathering content and updating submissions for external awards
• Coordination of campus surveys using Qualtrics and analysing and reporting on survey outcomes
• Assisting with project management of student competitions including tracking of progress, managing student applications, coordinating events.
• Support with event coordination including booking of rooms, scheduling and sending of calendar invitations and providing facilitation support including hosting Zoom sessions and breakout rooms.
• Supporting the campus recruiters with updating documents and prompts to ensure deliverables are being met
• Assisting with reporting and analysis for campus recruitment campaigns and events
• Helping to coordinate the campus ‘Keep in touch’ Program including creation of content and managing communication
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
• Ability to work in a fast paced and ambiguous environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills including strong written English skills.
• Ability to use initiative and work without high level of supervision
• Good analytical skills and knowledge of MS Office applications. Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills would be an advantage.

Job Requirements:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree, preference will be given for those with HR or Marketing Specialisation
Experience:
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience
• Significant experience of working in recruitment, employer branding or recruitment marketing in professional services or corporate environment, preferred
• Working in international and diverse environments
• Experience in student or campus recruitment would be an advantage
