The opportunity

EY continues to strengthen its Talent Attraction capability to respond to an increasingly complex and competitive recruitment market. Identifying and engaging exceptional, diverse talent is central to supporting the firm’s growth and building a better working world.

Based in McKinley, Taguig, the Global Talent Attraction team supports recruitment across the UK&I market. The team develops and delivers targeted sourcing strategies, engages specialist talent and provides market insight to help Recruiters and hiring teams make informed decisions.

As a Talent Attraction Senior Specialist, you will use your sourcing expertise and knowledge of the UK&I market to identify, engage and assess talent for specialist and priority roles. You will work closely with Recruiters and hiring teams, contribute market insight and help strengthen capability across the wider Talent Attraction team.

Your key responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver targeted sourcing strategies for priority and hard-to-fill roles across the UK&I market.
  • Use a range of sourcing channels, tools and techniques to identify and engage high-quality, diverse talent.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines and communities aligned to current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner closely with Recruiters and hiring teams to understand role requirements, market challenges and agreed priorities.
  • Engage prospective candidates professionally, communicate the EY opportunity clearly and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the attraction process.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessment and provide clear, evidence-based recommendations to Recruiters.
  • Gather and interpret market intelligence, including talent availability, competitor activity and candidate insight, to inform sourcing approaches and stakeholder discussions.
  • Support targeted recruitment campaigns, referral activity and employer-brand initiatives where these contribute to hiring priorities.
  • Track sourcing activity and outcomes, using data to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Share knowledge, effective practices and market insight with colleagues, providing guidance and support to less experienced team members.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying practical ways to enhance sourcing quality, efficiency and candidate engagement.
  • Deliver consistently against agreed objectives, quality standards and timelines.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Strong direct-sourcing capability, with experience using varied sourcing methods to identify specialist talent.
  • A sound understanding of recruitment and candidate engagement within complex or competitive talent markets.
  • The ability to translate hiring requirements and market information into focused, practical sourcing plans.
  • Confident stakeholder communication, with the ability to build credible relationships with Recruiters and hiring teams.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to turn data and market intelligence into useful insight.
  • A proactive, organised approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to share expertise, support colleagues and contribute to team capability.
  • Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and a high-quality candidate experience.

Experience

  • Relevant experience in talent attraction, recruitment or direct sourcing, with a strong record of identifying and engaging high-quality candidates.
  • Experience developing and delivering sourcing strategies for specialist, niche or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Experience working with data and market insight to support recruitment decisions and stakeholder conversations.
  • Experience partnering with Recruiters, hiring teams or business stakeholders in a complex organisation.
  • Knowledge of the UK&I talent market/Professional Services is desirable. Experience in Tax, Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions would be advantageous.

What success looks likes

  • Strong, diverse pipelines for agreed UK&I hiring priorities.
  • High-quality candidate engagement and effective partnership with Recruiters and hiring teams.
  • Clear, relevant market insight that improves sourcing decisions.
  • Consistent delivery against agreed objectives, quality standards and timelines.
  • A positive contribution to team knowledge, capability and continuous improvement.
