Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Full-Stack AI Engineering to lead the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered applications and intelligent solutions across global engagements. The ideal candidate combines strong AI Engineering and software engineering expertise with proven leadership experience. This role requires an individual who can lead teams of Full-Stack AI Engineers, translate client requirements into scalable solutions, engage directly with stakeholders, and contribute to the continued growth of EY's AI Engineering capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise AI applications leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and RAG architectures.
• Architect and integrate AI services, cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise applications into scalable solutions.
• Lead teams building AI applications using Python, React, backend APIs, microservices, and cloud-native technologies.
• Drive adoption of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, MLOps, and AI Engineering best practices.
• Translate business requirements into practical AI solutions and lead client workshops and presentations.
• Support solutioning, proposals, strategic pursuits, and AI Engineering practice growth.
• Mentor and develop Full-Stack AI Engineers and technical leads.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI Engineering, cloud engineering, or application development.
• Strong understanding of AI Engineering and AI-enabled application development.
• Hands-on experience with Python, React, backend APIs, microservices, cloud-native development, and enterprise integration.
• Experience building AI solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and RAG.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, consulting, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience building AI copilots, AI assistants, intelligent search, and AI-powered applications.
• Relevant cloud, AI, or engineering certifications.
