Your key responsibilities
Senior Associate, Financial Reporting

Skills and attributes for success:
•    Preparing journal entries.
•    Reconciling accounts.
•    Analyzing and interpreting financial information.
•    Supporting monthly and annual close process.
•    Ensuring financial records and reports comply with regulatory standards.
•    Generating financial reports.
•    Collaborating with other other teams to complete accurate records and provide accounting support.
•    Collaborating with the team in India team to fulfill consolidation and ad hoc requirements.
•    Supporting supervisor and manager in their duties as needed.

To qualify for the role, you must have:
•    B.S. in Accountancy
•    Certified Public Accountant license
•    A minimum of 4 years of experience in Record-to-Report (RTR), External Audit, or General Ledger (GL) roles. 
•    At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
•    Any experience in shared service settings is a plus

Ideally, you must have:
•    Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
•    Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Peachtree)
•    Advanced Excel skills (including the ability to prepare pivot tables).
