The SCS Coordinator will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Monitoring invoices in the system to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Keeping an eye on open Purchase Orders (POs) to facilitate closure.
- Providing assistance to the business with any concerns related to POs, including amendments, cancellations, resubmissions, etc.
- Connecting with vendors to address any issues regarding delivery, invoice documentation, and payments.
- Liaising with internal teams, such as Requestors, Finance, and the S2SE Team, to manage post-sourcing activities effectively.
- Supporting any other procurement related activities and initiatives.
