About Risk Management Services (RMS):  
The Risk Management Services (RMS) Team at EY plays an important role in managing the internal risks of the firm 
associated with accepting a new client or an engagement or risk associated with any of our ongoing audit/non-audit 
engagements. Formed in 2007, RMS is growing rapidly as a Center of Excellence for all standardized 
quality/compliance related activities. The individual will be part of RMS Philippines Team composed of more than a 
hundred team members. 
Job Description: 
The Associate Analyst within RMS Philippines will support Singapore stakeholders in delivering Independence and risk 
management compliance processes. Specific key responsibilities are as follows: 
Key job responsibilities: 
• Support a range of Independence and risk management compliance processes, including e-learning, 
independence confirmations, data stewardship, and quality management. 
• Manage requirements for Global Independence System (GIS) updates and assist engagement teams in 
maintaining accurate and timely GIS trees. 
• Support Independence confirmation processes by coordinating with internal stakeholders and tracking the 
timely completion of required confirmations. 
• Conduct research using EY databases and other approved internal sources. 
• Provide operational support for initiatives and projects undertaken by the Independence and Risk Management 
teams. 
• Actively participate in GDS Philippines, RMS, and RMS Philippines programs, activities, and initiatives.

Qualifications: 
• At least a bachelor’s degree in any course, preferably from a reputable university 
• At least one year of experience in similar roles preferably in compliance or project management 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office apps such as Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint 
• Knowledge and experience in the use of AI tools is a plus 
• Proficient in reading, writing and verbal English  
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment 
• Ability to multi-task and collaborate with cross-functional teams with minimal supervision 
• A team player with positive attitude, strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to take initiative
