Learning Deployment Specialist – Senior Associate – EY Degrees,  
Global Learning Deployment Team 

Opportunity

This role will support the EY Degree programs delivered in collaboration with Hult International Business School. EY offers its people the opportunity to pursue further education through a Tech MBA, a Masters in Business, AI and Data, and a Masters in Sustainability. These online degrees require learners to complete EY Badges alongside additional Hult-delivered courses. The role will support these high-profile programs by working directly with learners to process applications and track cohort progress in line with defined processes.

Role type: Fixed term, full time
Start-end: 1 August 2026 - 30 September 2027

Key responsibilities 
•    Review all new program applications for completeness to ensure program requirements and eligibility for the programs are fully met 
•    Mailbox management for each EY Degree program – responding to learner queries in a professional and timely manner and escalating any issues to the Degrees program manager. 
•    Tracking learner Badge status against EY Degree curriculum and reporting on Degree pipeline numbers  
•    Manage and maintain Viva Engage, MS Teams channel sites by responding to questions/comments 
•    Coach, support and advise learners with the processing of all EY Degree documentation 
•    Build and maintain close working relationships with Badges Administration Team (BAT) and Badges Review Network (BRN) 
•    Design and update all EY Degrees materials and manage Degree Work Zone pages
•    Support Learning Deployment Manager and Learning Deployment Lead in their priorities and execution.
•    Support and develop junior Learning Deployment Specialists in the Virtual Talent Hub
•    Contribute to continuous projects of simplification, automation and digitalization of the processes and procedures.
•    Contribute to continuous improvement of internal practices to best-in-class deployment standards.

Technical skills
•    Strong project management skills.
•    Strong organization, time management and prioritization skills.
•    Strong IT skills, knowledge and application of MS Office tools – Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, etc 
•    Understanding of EY Badges preferred 
•    Knowledge of SuccessFactors preferred

To qualify for the role, you shall have 
•    Demonstrable experience in one or more of the following areas: Learning & Development, Learning Deployment, Learning Administration, Learning Operations, Talent Development
•    Demonstrable experience of managing multiple projects in parallel, in an organized and coordinated way.
