The Talent Attraction (TA) Consultant is an integral member of our global team, specializing in the recruitment of
top-tier professionals and the identification of candidates for specialized roles that drive EY's ongoing growth and
adaptability in the marketplace. This role is central to directing EY's strategic initiatives and realizing our
organizational goals. The expertise, vision, and leadership of the TA Consultant are crucial in maintaining EY's
competitive edge and achieving success in a complex and constantly changing business environment.
The key functions of the Talent Attraction Consultant encompass
• Crafting and executing bespoke sourcing strategies, along with gathering market intelligence that is
tailored to specific markets and geographies.
• Expertly identifying exceptional talent across global markets and advising the business on effective
attraction strategies to bring that talent into the EY fold.
• Gaining an in-depth understanding of the assigned market to adeptly advocate for career opportunities at
EY, thereby establishing it as the employer of choice. This involves collaborating with the business on
recruitment campaigns and bolstering the EY brand as needed.

As a Talent Attraction Consultant at EY, you will:
• Lead strategic sourcing for talent across key markets, with a particular focus on the Oceania region,
leveraging your expertise to navigate complex hiring landscapes and forge strong partnerships with hiring
teams and recruiters.
• Elevate the candidate experience by embodying EY's vision and values, conducting insightful interviews,
and nurturing talent through our recruitment process with a focus on building a diverse and inclusive
workforce.
• Analyze market data to serve as a Talent Advisor, crafting innovative sourcing strategies and fostering a
robust pipeline of high-caliber candidates through targeted community engagement and referral
programs.
• Collaborate on impactful marketing and branding initiatives to promote EY as a premier career destination,
while also mentoring and enhancing the capabilities of junior team members.
• Achieve key performance targets, ensuring alignment with EY's strategic objectives and contributing to the
firm's reputation for excellence in talent acquisition.
We are seeking candidates who:
• Bring a minimum of six (6) years of relevant recruitment experience, with a proven track record of
innovative sourcing strategies and a high success rate in placing top-tier talent. Candidate should have
specific expertise in the area of tax & legal advisory or demonstrate versatile expertise across key business
functions such as human resources, finance, information technology, branding & marketing, risk
management, business development, all while catering to the evolving needs of the Oceania business
landscape.
• Exhibit strong self-awareness and adaptability in team interactions, utilizing EY's development tools and
resources to foster professional growth.
• Engage proactively with stakeholders and clients in the Oceania commercial sector, demonstrating
preparedness and a commitment to understanding and addressing their unique needs, thereby building
stronger relationships and deepening industry insights.
• Leverage data to generate insights pertinent to the Oceania business environment, facilitating discussions
on implications for priorities and projects, and consistently deliver high-quality work that is timely,
accurate, complete, and clear.
• Actively participate in client meetings to better understand the capabilities or issues specific to the
Oceania market, taking responsibility for meeting client expectations and using EY knowledge tools to
enhance processes and outcomes.
• Are adept at gathering and sharing data with stakeholders, contributing to a culture of continuous
improvement and strategic decision-making within the team, with a focus on the dynamics of Tax & Law
hiring in the Oceania business landscape.
