Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our consulting
team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting, with expertise in
commercials, RFP, and business transformation initiatives aligned with Marketing, Sales,
Service, or E-commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage consulting projects focused on transformation, ensuring alignment
with client objectives and industry best practices.
• Develop and execute strategies for enhancing client engagement through effective
marketing, sales or service solutions.
• Should have experience in one or more of the following areas: Business Strategy, CX
Strategy, Current State Assessments, Future State Design, Business Case & Roadmap
Development, Process Design, Journey Mapping and Design etc.
• Own the preparation and submission of RFPs, ensuring high-quality proposals that meet
client needs and expectations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative digital
solutions that drive business growth
• Analyze market trends and client requirements to identify opportunities for
improvement and innovation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor
throughout the consulting process
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance
work environment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field and master’s degree in business or a related field; MBA
preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in consulting, with a focus on digital transformation projects.
• Proven experience in managing commercials and RFPs
• Strong understanding of marketing/ sales/ service strategies, or e-commerce platforms
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building
relationships.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
