Marketing Business Design
Job Summary
The individual will work and collaborate closely with product, deployment, marketing, sales, and service teams to define, execute, and continuously optimize product marketing, change communication, and adoption strategies that support business transformation across markets. Acting as a client facing and stakeholder engagement lead, this role ensures alignment between business objectives, user and customer needs, and platform capabilities throughout the full deployment lifecycle—from strategy through execution.
The role focuses on understanding users, customers, and markets to assess adoption risks, capability gaps, and experience opportunities. These insights directly inform the hands on execution of product messaging, communication strategies, training journeys, and enablement assets tailored to different user segments, roles, and market contexts. This includes owning the development, rollout, and continuous optimization of materials to ensure clarity, relevance, and impact.
With a strong foundation in business design, product marketing, and customer/user experience, the individual translates complex platform functionality, operational changes, and strategic intent into clear, compelling, and value driven narratives and learning experiences. This includes designing and delivering messaging frameworks, learning experiences, playbooks, and toolkits that enable sales, service, and operational teams while reinforcing the broader go to market and transformation narrative.
Working closely with senior stakeholders and client teams, the individual will facilitate alignment, manage expectations, and support decision making, while driving day to day execution to ensure successful launches, sustained adoption, and measurable business outcomes. By combining product marketing strategy, user experience design, and execution focused enablement, the role ensures new processes, systems, and technologies are effectively positioned, understood, and embedded into daily commercial and service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing, Communication & Enablement Execution
• Work and collaborate with product, deployment, marketing, sales, and service teams to design and execute product marketing, communication, and enablement initiatives across the full change and adoption lifecycle (awareness, readiness, adoption, reinforcement).
• Apply product marketing and business design principles to define and execute communication and enablement plans aligned with software release strategies, ensuring dot, minor, and major releases are positioned with the right messaging, value proposition, and level of detail for each audience.
• Support Product Owners and deployment teams in designing and delivering user and customer centric change and product communications across key markets (NA, EPDM, WEEM), aligned with market context, commercial priorities, and service operations.
• Support Product Owners and deployment teams in designing, executing, and scaling user and customer centric training and enablement journeys that build capability and drive adoption across the transformation and go to market lifecycle.
• Design, develop, and manage end to end product marketing and enablement assets that support launch readiness, adoption, and operational effectiveness, including:
o Product and feature announcements aligned to clear value propositions
o Translation of product features and technical updates into business relevant, user centric messaging
o Release and deployment communications supporting readiness and adoption
o FAQs, toolkits, and leadership talking points to ensure consistent storytelling
o Sprint review and product update materials (summaries, highlights, key messages)
o Training materials, user guides, videos, and in app content for sales, service, and operational users
o Executive updates and leadership briefings that connect product delivery to business outcomes
User, Market & Experience Led Insights
• Apply a deep understanding of platform capabilities, business requirements, and operational impacts to inform effective product positioning, messaging, and adoption.
• Use user persona development, stakeholder mapping, and readiness and impact assessments to identify adoption risks, capability gaps, and experience opportunities across sales, service, and operational roles.
• Translate insights into experience led product marketing, communication, and enablement strategies that support commercial effectiveness, service performance, and operational efficiency.
• Work and collaborate with product and deployment teams to design and execute training and enablement solutions that balance product capability, business intent, and user experience best practices.
Stakeholder, Client Facing & Market Engagement
• Act as a central coordination and execution point for product related communications across product teams, Product Owners, deployment teams, and business stakeholders.
• Support stakeholder engagement across marketing, sales, service, and regional teams to align on go to market objectives, timelines, success measures, and adoption outcomes.
• Prepare and execute communication and enablement materials for stakeholder workshops, launch readiness sessions, and user forums, supporting prioritization and informed decision making.
• Tailor messaging, narratives, and training approaches for distinct audiences, including leadership, commercial teams, service teams, and end users.
• Support Product Owners in shaping product adoption strategies and enablement journeys that reflect market needs, customer impact, and business priorities.
