Execute end-to-end payroll implementation projects, including requirement gathering, project planning,  execution, and post-implementation support
Payroll Operate Services: Senior
General spec plus 3 – 5 years experience of full end to end Australia and New Zealand payroll processing experience

EY grade/level: Senior (Rank 42)

Specific duties/responsibilities:
•    Execute end to end payroll implementation projects in SAP EC/ECP, including requirement gathering, project planning, execution, and post implementation support
•    Serve as a point of contact for all payroll implementation related queries from clients
•    Customize payroll configurations based on client-specific needs across various industries and complexities in alignment with best practices
•    Assist in developing payroll procedures and process documentation that enhance efficiency and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
•    Provide training to internal and external users on new processes and software usage
•    Post go-live support for SAP EC/ECP clients 
•    Manage the SAP instances
•    Support existing team, guide and upskill with SAP EC/ECP
•    Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
•    Create or build reporting and other duties as required

Technical Skills and Qualifications:
•    SAP Payroll EC/ECP knowledge
•    Technical role and will need to know backend SAP EC/ECP Payroll configuration
•    Advanced Excel skills
•    Strong communications skills, written and verbal 
•    A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to create a positive working environment
•    A respect for confidentiality
•    SAP certification required
•    Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple deadlines
•    End to end payroll knowledge
•    Experience using large ERP system will be advantageous but not essential
