Senior – People Advisory Services (PAS) MENA

Role Summary

The Senior role within People Advisory Services (PAS) MENA supports end-to-end engagement delivery, governance, and operational excellence across multiple service offerings.

The role requires strong coordination skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work across regions while maintaining EY quality, risk, and compliance standards.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Support delivery of PAS engagements across multiple competencies.

• Coordinate with onshore MENA teams, GDS teams, and internal stakeholders.

• Monitor engagement progress and proactively manage risks and issues.

• Support compliance with EY policies, quality standards, and governance requirements.

• Provide operational and financial oversight and support corrective actions.

• Maintain clear communication with Managers, Partners, and stakeholders.

• Guide and support junior team members and act as a point of escalation.

• Contribute to onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization.

• Support management with ad-hoc analysis and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (Graduate) in Business, Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.

• Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring or leading workstreams.

• Experience in professional services, consulting, or shared services environments.

• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities across regions.
