Senior – People Advisory Services (PAS) MENA
Role Summary
The Senior role within People Advisory Services (PAS) MENA supports end‑to‑end engagement delivery, governance, and operational excellence across multiple service offerings. The role requires strong coordination skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively across regions while maintaining EY quality, risk, and compliance standards. This position plays a key role in supporting onshore teams and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day execution.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of PAS engagements across multiple competencies.
- Coordinate closely with onshore MENA teams, GDS teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor engagement progress and proactively flag risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Support compliance with EY policies, quality standards, and governance requirements.
- Provide operational and financial support, including tracking, validations, and follow‑ups.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with Managers, Partners, and stakeholders.
- Support and guide junior team members and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Assist with onboarding, training coordination, and knowledge sharing.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization.
- Support management with ad‑hoc analysis, reporting, and documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or shared services environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities across regions.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
