GDS Tax – Accounting Compliance and Reporting (ACR) – Statutory accounting team (Senior)

The Opportunity

Our ACR team is part of our integrated tax practice and links closely into our range of taxation services including indirect, employment and corporate tax.  Our statutory accounting team specializes in assisting corporates meet their statutory filing obligations across the APAC region.

Skills and attributes for success
•    Prepare complex statutory financial statements for EY country teams across APAC
•    Develop and run training for junior team members
•    Review work prepared by junior members of the team
•    Manage and coordinate the delivery of compliance services by EY teams in the region
•    Actively establish, maintain and strengthen relationships both internally within the EY network and externally with clients
•    Be responsible for the day-to-day management of client engagements 

To qualify for the role, you must have:
•    Degree in Accounting (CPA is a plus);  
•    4-5 years of practical accounting experience
•    Experience in managing / supervising a team
•    Knowledgeable in basic Microsoft office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
•    Available to work in McKinley West, Taguig City
