•    Working knowledge of Agentic AI concepts, responsible AI usage, prompt design, AI-assisted workflow orchestration, automation opportunity identification, human-in-the-loop controls, data quality considerations, and practical governance requirements for using AI in enterprise operations.
•    Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior Cyber Alliance stakeholders, Cyber practice leaders, alliance partner contacts, and cross-functional teams confidently and credibly.
•    Proven ability to operate effectively in a virtual, global, cross-border environment with cultural sensitivity, responsiveness, collaboration discipline, and sound professional judgment.
•    Strong problem-solving, issue management, root cause analysis, research, prioritization, and mitigation skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and bring practical solutions to closure.
•    Strong project and program management discipline, including planning, dependency management, execution tracking, governance reviews, stakeholder communication, and delivery across multiple priorities.
•    Excellent English communication and business writing skills, with the ability to produce polished, structured, audience-ready content with limited direction.
